PIKEVILLE, KY– The Royals capped off an impressive weekend by sweeping Pikeville on the road, securing back-to-back wins in Games 2 and 3 of the series. The Royals showcased resilience and strong team play, winning Game 2 by a score of 6-3 and Game 3 with an offensive explosion in an 11-3 victory.
Head coach Dave Serrano praised his team's effort. "Was very proud of our team going on the road this weekend at Pikeville and sweeping the series. That is never easy to do on the road. We are finding different ways to win games, and we have become very resilient as of late."
