RU Secures 3-1 Victory Over Brenau University to Remain Undefeated in AAC
Gainesville, GA - In a thrilling encounter at the Shrader Fitness Center, home of Brenau, the Reinhardt University Eagles claimed a solid 3-1 victory against the Brenau Golden Tigers in an AAC conference volleyball competition. This win further solidifies the Eagles' undefeated streak in their conference play, showcasing their dominance in the season.
The Eagles delivered a powerful performance throughout the sets, opening the competition with decisive scores of 25-17 and 25-19 in the first two sets. Although Brenau pushed back in the third set with a 27-25 win, Reinhardt University swiftly regrouped and sealed the match by taking the fourth set 25-19. Key players like Juliette Baffico, who led with 17 kills, and Abbie Smith with 10 kills, played pivotal roles in the victory.
