The SUNO Knights took on the Louisiana Christian Wildcats on Tuesday, August 27th. The Lady Knights lost three sets to zero but fans can get excited about how the team performed in front of their home fans. The Knights continued to fight and even came within five in the final set. The Knights had an all-around strong team performance as four Knights scored at least four kills, and sophomore Regan McDowell led the way with five. Freshman Taszia Adkinson showed her defensive prowess as she led the defense with eight digs. This all-around team performance shows the Knights are starting to get in their groove and despite the loss the team has shown that they can compete and fight. The Knights will look to rebound when they hit the road to take on John Melvin University on Saturday, August 31st at 1 PM.
