DEARBORN, Mich. – Unforced errors were the name of the game for the University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball team. Combing 26 attack errors and seven reception errors will tell you all you need to know about Friday's (Sept. 20) outcome against the Indiana Tech Warriors. Kielee Tondryk was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating game, putting down 17 kills to lead the match in points.
Tondryk tallied 17 kills on 43 swings to lead the Wolverines in kill percentage. Jill Paryaski was the only other Wolverine with a positive kill percentage, as she added six kills in 15 swings. Marisa Fetterley and Regan Rose were effective at the net as the duo each had three block assists, and Fetterley added a solo of her own. Rose finished shy of a double-double with 31 assists and seven digs. Kenzie Mertz led the match with 20 digs.
The Wolverines are back in action on Saturday (Sept. 21) against UNOH.
