Senior 1B Aliyah Crawley then walked on four pitches to drive in CF Lana Hampson, who had also walked. However, DH Ally Boyd grounded out to end the threat. Farrell was also thrown out at home in the third inning as she tried to score from second on Hinz's base hit.

Hinz is batting an astounding .639 during the hitting streak, knocking 23 hits over 36 at bats as she is now hitting .357 on the season.

Warner pitched 6 innings allowing 3 earned runs on 6 hits walking just one and striking out six to get the tough loss dropping to 8-7.
