Waldorf Drops Game to Concordia University

SEWARD, Neb. – The Warriors battled the Concordia University Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon. Both teams struggled to find a groove in the first half, and with a surge late in the second half, the Warriors were able to come within 7 points of the Bulldogs. After 4 turnovers in a row by Waldorf, Concordia was able to increase their lead to 38-22 heading into halftime. The Warriors weren't able to catch up to the Bulldogs in the second half, and Concordia took the win 90-50.
Brooke Dial scored her average points per game of 22 and grabbed 9 rebounds. Camryn McQuery came away with 3 steals and a game high of 11 rebounds. Charlotte Mills had 7 assists.
The Warriors travel to Morningside University in Sioux City, Iowa for their next GPAC matchup on Wednesday, February 5 at 6pm.
