VALLEJO, Calif. – With Dylan Fulton leading all Keelhaulers in scoring with 11 points in Thursday's non-conference game vs. UC Santa Cruz at PEAC Main Gym, she was joined by Emily Newton (eight points) and Aysia Santos (seven) as the trip were responsible for a combined two-thirds of CSUM's offense.
It was just one of those nights for women's basketball as they could not buy a basket, even though it battled from start to finish, in a game the Division-III Banana Slugs won by a 68-39 score.
Fulton also led the team with five rebounds.
Everyone will have one day to prep for Saturday's Cal Pac Conference game at Pacific Union, tipoff inside Covered Wagon is set for 6 p.m.
