(RV) Volleyball finishes off Family Weekend with 4-set win over MNU

Benedictine Volleyball finished their part of Family Weekend with a second win, this time in 4 sets over MNU on Saturday morning.

The Ravens won the opening set 25-18 before the Pioneers earned a 25-15 win to even the match. Benedictine earned wins of 25-23 and 25-16 to earn the win and remain undefeated in Heart play at 4-0.

Benedictine finished the match hitting .187 with 56 kills in the win. Three Ravens finished in double figures in kills, led by Winny Harris with 15. Regan Bruggeman finished with 14 while Hokulani Sagapolu added 13. 

Haley Cahill anchored the attack with 46 of the team's 52 assists.

Defensively, the Ravens finished with 14 blocks assists, and 92 digs. Harris finished with 4 block assists while Maura Lickteig and Sagapolu added 3 assists. Bruggeman joined Sagapolu and Cahill with solo blocks. Evelyn Arreola led the back line with 28 digs while Sagapolu finished with 24.

The Ravens continue Heart play on Tuesday, traveling to Parkville, Mo., to take on NAIA-ranked Park University before taking on NAIA-ranked CMU in Fayette, Mo., on Friday.
