Florida College Falcons Secure Victory Against Coastal Georgia Mariners

TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. - In an exhilarating regular season basketball game on November 4, 2024, the Florida College Falcons displayed formidable skills to clinch a 72-58 victory over the Coastal Georgia Mariners in Conn Gymnasium. This win marks an important moment in the Falcons' season, improving their record to 2-3.

From the opening whistle, the Falcons took control with an early basket by Stephon Martin. Justin Kruszewski contributed significantly early on, knocking down a crucial 3-pointer. Nate Duda's dynamic performance, including a dunk and a three-pointer, propelled the Falcons to a 7-point lead at the largest gap during the first quarter. The game continued to heat up with Florida College maintaining a slender lead of 30-29 at halftime, setting an intense pace for the second half.
