Falcons Fall to #10 St. Thomas

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – The Lady Falcons lost to the St. Thomas University Bobcats in three sets 18-25, 7-25, and 22-25.

Florida College got off to a rough start in Miami by facing an onslaught of St. Thomas attacks suffering 17 kills from the Bobcats. Despite this the Lady Falcons still fought to the end of this set registering 10 kills of their own, but ultimately would fall short 18-25.

The second set was unfortunately more of the same for the Lady Falcons as they only managed five kills to the Bobcats' 15 in another dominant performance. St. Thomas University continued to show their consistency by registering 0 errors in the second set, cruising to a 7-25 victory.

In the third set with the game on the line the Lady Falcons pushed back. They scored their match high eleven kills and registered a .258 kill percentage. The Lady Falcons fought till the very end, but ultimately dropped the final set 22-25.
