The Lady Cougars of Columbia College swiftly defeated CRC this evening, sweeping the Lady Pioneers in the road matchup. CRC now sits 5-10 on the year and 1-3 in conference play. Sets went as follows; 7-25 CC, 8-25 CC, and 15-25 CC. 

Columbia, MO- Columbia College Lady Cougars handed CRC their third loss in the American Midwest Conference as they defeated CRC in the Pioneer's first AMC contest of the weekend. Columbia College proved their strength on the court by pounding out 45 kills on a .446 hitting percentage in the three frames all the while showcasing their dominance on the net by collecting 14 total blocks in the contest. Crowley's Ridge mustered their biggest stand in the final set by landing 7 kills, producing a game-high 15 points, but would still be handled by the Lady Cougars. Sophomore Mallory Hollis claimed the sole double-digit stat line of the evening by leading the defense with a team-high effort of 15 digs in the loss.
