SHREVEPORT, La. – The Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS) women's basketball team put on a commanding performance Saturday afternoon, defeating Huston-Tillotson University (HTU), 69-31, in The Dock. With the win, LSUS improves to 9-3, overall, and 8-1 in Red River Athletic Conference play.

Paula Gonzalez Herrero led the Pilots with an impressive 18 points and four rebounds, setting the tone offensively. Selma Markisic recorded a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Tiara Tillison distributed the ball effectively with a team-high four assists. Defensively, Erynn Williams was relentless, finishing with five steals to fuel the Pilots' stifling pressure.
